Join us for a sacred gathering as we learn how to initiate and apply Sound Aroma Therapy, combining both these powerful tools for a transformational experience.  This talk is the first of a series of talks introducing Living Well Aroma Therapy blends created by Master alchemist Mikael Zayat.  Each set has its own invocation as inspired by the Holy Spirit and given to Rev. Michelle Copeland during its creation.  Using the power of word - Sound and vibrational Aroma Therapy - essences we upgrade our energy and align with our heart of being to live as the love we are in fullness and joy.

Guest Speaker: Karuna

Topic: The Plastic Project

Tel: 206-722-0878

Email: karunap108@comcast.net

Karuna was the GGG Guest Speaker at Seattle Eastside (Bellevue) GGG event in June 2008.

Have you ever felt frustated by the amount of plastic garbage that doesn't seem to be recyclable? Have you seen plastic bags of many types strewn in a variety of places--by roadways, in parks, even in lakes and rivers?

In the natural world, nothing is waste. In fact, I've often seen wild creatures like birds use bits of what we humans consider garbage as raw material to build their nests.

Recently I (Silvia aka Gift Goddess) discovered The Plastic Project in Seattle.  Karuna is one of the key people for this project and I hope that it will inspire others to realize the potential of what's previously been considered garbage by many people.

Note: Participants may bring plastic shopping bags, snack & other food packaging bags & other items they want to explore the techniques ( PLEASE ENSURE THEY ARE CLEAN & DRY).  You may also want to bring scissors, knitting needles and crochet hooks.

Karuna talked about the Plastic Project and show simple techniques in how to transform plastic 'garbage' creatively into attractive useful items. She will also demonstrate how to make plarn (plastic yarn).

If you missed this GGG & are so disappointed check out for Knitting with Plastic free class at Seattle Free School.

Gyata was the GGG  Vancouver Guest Speaker on Wed. May 21, 2008

Gyata has explored many of the healing arts over the past 25 year. Some of these include Shiastu, Yoga which she's been a teacher and meditation which she has practiced with a number of masters. She is now an artisit and facilitates Laughter Classes.

Laughter has many benefits that can be discovered through regular practice. In addition to promoting fun and allowing our inner child to come out and play, it stimulates an internal massage and strengthens the immune system.

"By doing a regular laughter practice we can easily keep our spirits uplifted."
