Shopping On-line:
When shopping on-line, the motto is:
'Buyer Beware!'
There are plenty of on-line businesses that misrepresent their products, services and actual prices. Before you order anything from an on-line business, here are some helpful tips to use:
1. Be sure about what you want to buy.
2. Look for existing complaints about a business you're considering ordering from.
3. Watch out for hidden extra fees/charges.
4. If a price sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
5. Ask others for their recommendations of good businesses they've shopped with..
Abundance
Most of us have an abundance in our lives of stuff. Springtime is a good time to start emptying out closets and furniture. It's a good time to rediscover what we own and whether or not we want to keep it or pass it on to someone else who can give it a new life and more use than it had sitting in our closet.
A GGG event is an excellent opportunity to pass on some items. It's especially satisfying to find an unwanted item being taken by someone who really likes it, suits it or tells us it's exactly what they've needed and wanted!
Remember: The gift given twice is doubly blessed!

Feelings, nothing more than feelings, trying to forget my feelings...
Unfortunately many of us have at one time or another tried to ignore our feelings or suppress them or stuff them down.
When we label our feelings we block ourselves from exploring their meanings. Feelings are neither good nor bad. They're valuable signals to let us know how we're doing. Sometimes we have certain feelings based on information that might actually be false. Sometimes what appears to be the expression of one kind of feeling can actually be disguising a totally different feeling. An example of this might be a person who seems to be expressing the feeling of anger when what they are actually feeling might be fear or grief.
On Sept 1st Silvia will give a brief talk about this topic and encourage discussion and sharing among GGG participants.
